I had a very good session with Dr. Amador.  I have a tooth with deep gum recession.  He went over all of the options I have with the pros and cons of each. I’ve been going to Heathrow Dentistry since I moved to Central Florida a few years ago and I absolutely love this place! Everyone is always so friendly, knowledgeable and quick. A special shoutout to my dental hygienist, Amanda! She’s always so kind, takes the time to answer all my questions, and really cares about the overall health of my teeth. After several unsuccessful attempts at dental treatment and prosthetics, I decided to look for a doctor online in my local area And I found one - Dr Fabrizio Amador DMD . who has extensive practical experience and his rating is 4.9 - 5.0 Dr Amador is very attentive, knowledgeable and thoughtful He listens to the patients carefully and explains things excellently I put my trust in this doctor and have never regretted it Heathrow Dentistry is an excellent dental clinic The building is conveniently located and looks good As soon as you walk in, you immediately sense that this is a serious reputable clinic You can see cleanliness and spaciousness of the reception area The reception staff are friendly and efficient Thank you, Karen and Jessica! During my first visit to the clinic, I have been seen by the hygienist, Gabriel The cleaning was flawless, she really knows her stuff Thank you! I had many appointments and interacted with assistant, Agnees on several occasions ,when urgent issues arose, she came to the office outside of working hours and helped me She is very pleasant and knowledgeable Many thanks! Katie, the assistant, worked with me a few times She is also very pleasant and competent Thank you! After four months of working together, I received wonderful, comfortable crowns and a beautiful smile A huge thank you to my amazing, intelligent and thoughtful doctor and his entire wonderful team I highly recommend the doctor Fabrizio Amador and his team to everyone P.S. Hygienist Lydianna and Dr Choi were absolutely outstanding! They were both such a joy to talk to and we shared many laughs together. Lydianna was so helpful answering all my questions and concerns. My teeth have never looked better and they feel so clean. You are such a great Hygienist! I enjoyed my appointment with you 100 percent. Dr Choi came in joking and it made me feel so relaxed. He took the time to explain all my X-rays in full detail. He is very smart and your establishment is lucky to have him. Everyone that I interacted with had 100% customer service. I had Lydianna as a hygienist and she made me feel like I was at the spa. It was so relaxing! She was so sweet and funny! When I had questions about the latest technology in enamel building treatments she answered all of my questions and it’s even in the toothpaste included in their goody bags. I had my 1st experience with this office today and I must say that I was impressed from the first second I walked in. Beautiful place and a really great and friendly stuff starting at the front desk all the way to the people who are working in the back as hygienists, assistants and doctors. I had an appointment for cleaning with Deborah. She did a great gentle but precious job. You can tell that she loves the job she is doing. And then a doctor Choi came over. Professional, knows his job with patience to explain everything to me. I walked in worried but I was walking out with a smile on my face. BTW I'm coming back tomorrow. Doctor Choi will work on the crown. I'm not sure the smile will be still there tomorrow morning 😊.
